Terms
LAST UPDATED 21 SEPTEMBER 2026Four things in one document: the terms you agree to, what Frontline does with your data, why nothing here is financial advice, and how to delete your account. Plain English throughout — if a sentence here is unclear, that is a defect worth reporting.
1. Terms of use
1.1 What Frontline is
Frontline is a trading journal for Solana. It reads public blockchain data for wallet addresses you give it, works out what your trades actually did, and lets you write notes about them and optionally publish individual trades to a public feed.
1.2 Your account
You create an account by connecting a Solana wallet and signing a short message. That signature proves you control the wallet. There is no password and no email address at launch.
Frontline will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and has no way to move your funds. Anyone asking you for either while claiming to be Frontline is not. Signing our message costs nothing and authorises no transaction.
You are responsible for keeping access to your wallet. If you lose it, we cannot restore your account — the wallet is the credential. If someone else gains control of your wallet, they gain control of your Frontline account.
1.3 Adding wallets
You can add any public Solana address and analyse it privately, whether or not you own it. Public addresses are public. What you cannot do is publish trades from an address you have not proven you control — publishing requires a signature from that wallet. Private analysis is open; public claims require proof.
1.4 What you post
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you allow us to display and store it. You agree not to:
- impersonate another person, project or account;
- post content that is illegal, or that harasses or abuses somebody;
- use Frontline to promote a scam, a rug or a manipulation scheme;
- attempt to publish trades from a wallet you do not control;
- automate access in a way that degrades the service for other people.
Strong language is allowed. Obscene racism and targeted abuse are not. That line is drawn by a person, not by a word filter.
1.5 Moderation
Nothing is pre-moderated. We act on reports. Three actions are possible, all reversible and all recorded: hiding a post, suspending an account for a set period, and banning an account. We will tell you which one was applied and why.
1.6 Figures and accuracy
Every figure Frontline shows is derived from blockchain data and from price sources we name. Where we have not proven a figure, we show an em dash rather than a zero — unknown is never presented as a number.
Blockchain history is collected over time. A trade published today may later gain fills we had not yet collected, which changes its figures. When that happens the post is marked CORRECTED and the updated figures are shown next to the original. We never silently edit a published number, and we never delete the original image.
1.7 Availability, and ending your use
Frontline is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time (section 4). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
2. Privacy
2.1 What we hold
- Your wallet addresses. Given by you. Public data on a public ledger.
- Your handle, and a display name if you set one.
- What you write — journal entries, post notes.
- Your posts, including the figures frozen at the moment you published and the image rendered from them.
- Who you follow and block, and what you have liked or reported.
- A session record. We store a one-way hash of your session token, never the token.
- Rate-limiting records. Keyed by a salted one-way hash of your network address, not the address.
We do not ask for your name, your email address, your date of birth or any identity document. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell anything to anybody.
2.2 Chain data is public, shared and permanent
Solana transaction history is public. We fetch it once per address and share that cache across every account tracking the same address — that is why adding a popular wallet is instant. That cache is not personal data and is not deleted when an account is deleted. What is deleted is the link between you and it.
2.3 Your privacy settings
Both default to private. Neither affects your ability to publish an individual trade.
- Wallet addresses are hidden on your profile until you choose to show them. A leaked address is permanent and irreversible; a hidden one costs nothing.
- Your journal is private until you publish it. Publishing it shows your notes, grades, setups and mistake tags. It does not publish your wallet address or your transaction signatures, and it publishes no PnL figure.
2.4 Anonymous posts
An anonymous post is anonymous to other users, not to us. It never appears on your profile and never reaches your followers’ feed. We always retain the link between you and it, because a platform that could not identify the author of a post could not moderate it or answer a lawful request about it. If that is not acceptable to you, do not post.
2.5 Who else sees it
Our hosting and database providers process this data on our behalf under their own terms. We disclose data to law enforcement only where we are legally required to, and we do not share it with anybody else.
2.6 Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your data, and to object to how it is processed. Deleting your account (section 4) exercises the erasure right for everything we hold that is about you. For anything else, contact us.
3. Not financial advice
Frontline is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Figures, charts, feeds and anything another user posts are information, not recommendations. We do not recommend any token, and a token appearing anywhere in Frontline is not an endorsement of it.
Trading memecoins carries a serious risk of total loss. Most participants lose money. Past results — yours or anyone else’s — do not predict future results, and a profitable trade shown on the feed is one trade by one person and not a strategy.
Figures may be wrong. They are derived from incomplete data collection, from price sources that can be unavailable, and from protocol behaviour that changes. Do not use Frontline’s figures for a tax return or any other formal filing without checking them against the chain yourself. Decisions you make are yours.
4. Deleting your account and your data
Go to Settings and use Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
4.1 What is deleted
- Your profile, handle and display name.
- Every post you made, including anonymous ones, and the images rendered for them.
- Every journal entry.
- The link between you and every wallet address you added.
- Your follows, blocks, likes and reports.
- Your sessions.
4.2 What is kept, and why
- The shared chain cache. Public Solana transaction data, belonging to nobody, fetched once on behalf of everyone and still in use by other accounts tracking the same address. It contains nothing that identifies you once the link is gone.
- Moderation records, where an action was taken. These are kept so a decision made about an account remains reviewable and cannot be erased by deleting the account. They do not carry your handle once the profile is gone.
4.3 Copies elsewhere
A post that was shared to another platform lives on that platform, and we cannot delete it there. Backups are purged on their normal rotation. Search engines may keep a cached copy for a while.
5. Changes and contact
If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use Frontline after that means accepting the change.
Questions, complaints, a request about your data, or a sentence on this page that is not clear: contact us through the account you found Frontline from.
Frontline is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
